@nbcnews: Cornell University students began a seven-hour sit-in Wednesday in solidarity with Jane Doe, the woman who alleges she was sexually assaulted by members of the Chi Phi fraternity nearly two years ago. “Seven hours for the seven hours she endured. Seven hours of solidarity. Seven hours demanding change,” a coalition of Cornell student groups said in a post on Instagram ahead of the demonstration. NBC News' Maggie Vespa reports.
What happens when the facts of this case all get discussed, and these students don’t get the answers they want? What happens then? I have a feeling they will want the College to unilaterally make decisions, so they can sleep better at night. Even if it disagrees with the legal outcome.
