its not a matter of figuring it out he is hurt why risk further injury and our success he should sit the bench and let someone who is healthy play. thats a team mentality rather than a player focused one. keeping him in the line up will be our downfall vs milwalkee. he is hurt cant pitch but yet even though his knee is hurt he can still bat? make that make sense

Ohtani at the moment is not the best player in baseball. He can’t pitch and he isn’t hitting. He’s clearly not at 100%. Meanwhile Josue De Paula came in to pinch hit tonight and had a very disciplined at bat. He drew a walk which helped them win the game in that inning 🤦🏻

For being the best player on the planet, he should know by now to not expand the zone and be fling at pitches outside the zone. The man should just sit there with his first at bat with his bat on his shoulder and watch pitches go by that would be the best thing for him.
