Do you all do popup test?? As in quality review without them knowing it’s you being served. I came across this spot randomly; didn’t know you had a restaurant so when I saw it I had to try it. Flavor-wise, what I had was good, but I was underwhelmed with the crispiness; it was lacking for me considering I went straight to the car to try them. Or is there an extra-crispy option👀
