@erikajordanmft: Bad candidates slip through when a party label is all we check. Pay attention. Demand better. #psychology #sociology #vote #society #PayAttention
Right on again Erika, the money being poured into politics by oligarchy is something that has to change. We need to wake up and vote for good people not party.

Yes you’re right you need to read whom you are voting for and the problem is not understanding what you’re reading because when you vote there’s so many people there that there’s literally no time to read all the information. But I’m thinking that both parties should be equally divided half women and men or even better all women and let’s see what they can do to change the situation.

We live in a time where "a lie is believed to be the truth and truth is believed to be a lie". Unjust, incompetent and corrupt leaders are being appointed. I feel like no matter what happens in the future, no matter who is elected or rules a nation, people will suffer and things are about to get worse. What I fear is another round of Pharoah type tyrants being put in place to control the masses to cause havoc in the world. We are up against very evil individuals and their agenda. The rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer. Our lives are slowly being controlled and soon we will be told how to live, how to eat and what to eat and how much to eat, where we can and can't go, what we can and can't own, what we can and can't say. The world is going to be divided literally in 2 parts in the coming future and soon it will be quite evident that we will be facing good versus evil. There will be good people who see the truth and would give their life away for a good cause versus people who are easily manipulated and will side will evil and we are going to clash head on.

I have people come to my neighborhood canvassing for their candidates, and like everyone else, I’m tired of the mudslinging political ads.
So when a canvasser comes to my door, I give them one challenge:
“You want me to vote for your candidate? Fine. Tell me why I should vote for your candidate—not why I shouldn’t vote for the other guy.”
Tell me what your candidate stands for. Tell me what they’ve accomplished. Tell me what they intend to do.
Don’t sell me your candidate by telling me how terrible the other candidate is. Make the case for your own candidate.

The American political system is a prime example of what a democracy is *not*. I root for people like you who try to educate the public. The fact that someone can be elected president without even being a member of the party they represent is beyond insane. It is embarrassing that Americans accept a presidential election decided by how much money someone can pour into the campaign, while *simultaneously* believing they should go out and "teach" other countries how democracy works. The mere fact that the choice is essentially between just *two* parties is enough to ensure that democracy is not truly upheld. Let’s hope that one day in the near future, you get a president who considers it most important to work for the people who elected them—rather than lining their pockets while holding a position they ought to be deeply humbled to occupy. Love from Norway ❤️
