the shame of having fun can really have an impact, i bawled continuously through the first time i did something ‘fun’ after my kitty passed away, couldn’t imagine ever not feeling this. Losing a pet is like losing a kid or a family member, they are with you every day, make you happy and loved even tho they don’t talk, the fact that you lost your cat is such a tragic way you have all the rights to grief like you want, may Mimi rest in peace she deserves it and I truly hope you take your time to heal cause it’s not easy but I know your strong Poki❤️🩹
