Well the driver died, the occupants of the other two vehicles survived. Sounds like the driver was laying on the brake so most likely medical emergency. Driver was 51.

Soon as I leave an area man this is crazy….I drive out there all day and people really do the most. Nobody wants to wait for anything. There are so many accidents daily it’s ridiculous. I really feel bad for whoever got hurt by that vehicle smh ☹️
