I think you need to do another round of dye. Went I went from having black hair to platinum, it took me four rounds of bleach to get it blonde.

I die my roots every month and this stuff takes my hair from dark dark blonde to platinum blonde with minimal damage. While using this and using high qualify shampoo and conditioner my hair has grown an extra 6 inches literally the longest it’s ever been

give your hair a break from toner for now, your roots need to be lifted lighter before toning again, since they’re still holding warmth. I’d have a stylist carefully brighten the roots while protecting the already-lightened pieces, then tone everything once it’s at an even level

i went to the salon for a bleach and tone and i was a solid platinum bleaching my regrowth for over a year! get a good bleach, 20 level developer, and toner based on how your roots lift!

I think you need to lift it more and then get a more platinum color of dye and usually you don’t have to use a tone, but if you do get a Weller toner in the color that you want your hair to be
