Yeah, force back to work undermines right to collective bargaining and removes the employer’s incentive to bargain. It needs to come with some pain for the company, to keep them motivated to reach a deal

Sometimes you have bad ideas. Sometimes you have great idea that are functionality impossible. These ones aren't terrible. I like the if forced back to work they should be paid, gov can force a pay increase (gov negotiate on the company's behalf). Also crown corporations are almost always a win.
