I completely support automated water for cats because they do suffer at a disproportional rate of UTIS however if you just clean their water bowl they’re ceramic or stainless steel regular water bowl. They will be fine. Some cats do prefer running water and if that’s your cat, then go ahead and get one, but if your cat will drink from a regular water bowl, just make sure you’re cleaning it every other day because bacteria and slime does buildup. That’s my peace of mind. Thank you.
