i've finished this movie recently but I'm still wondering whether Lars liked Margo. the entire movie he shows no interest in her, at first he seemed like awkward or scared of Margo (for example, when he threw away the rose) but after watching half of it I come to realisation that he's just not interested. He's not looking for her with his eyes, he doesn't wonder how she's doing, let alone Lars clearly doesn't want company of his relatives. yes, he struggles with physical touch but it doesn't seem that he's suffering because of the loneliness. how do y'all interpret this movie?

I like to think Margo was very patient with him after Bianca and knew he needed some time 😓 but I think after they were pretty affectionate to each other and I think Margo is a big gift giver 🥹

I kinda like that we don’t. I think his journey of learning how to both give and receive love is so much more than him just “getting the girl” it would’ve felt a bit wrong to shift to just any other romance at the end.

I think after a few months maybe Lars came to some realization about Bianca. He was probably feeling really guilty about how he behaved and how much Karin and everyone did for Bianca during that time. And I think they would all tell him that they truly did love Bianca because she came from Lars and she was a part of Lars that he didn’t let anyone see otherwise. And Margo would be the most understanding because Bianca opened Lars’ eyes to love.

I think its cute and sweet. They're office sweethearts and the power couple at work. He gets her coffee everyday and they switch who drives to work everyday. She leaves him notes and he spends his lunch with her. They go bowling once a week and date nights once a month. He eventually moves in with her. but slowly overtime (it was karens idea bc moving all at once was giving him anxiety). He starts out staying there a few days a week until he's comfortable then starts moving stuff over until most of the stuff he has is there.
