When I was on deployment and had no service I would feel my phone vibrate in my pocket and grab it, it obviously wasn’t vibrating it was just instinctual.

Sounds a little ridiculous but a balance between those that worry about little kids or life emergency a smartwatch with cellular connectivity acts as a bridge between phone free and completely disconnected. I’ve left my phone home before… just rolling with my watch. Respond to a text here and there. No other things can be done… it helps.

I like to do this a couple nights a week and just do screenless night so no TV no phone and it’s just always so shocking to me how much more I get done and like how much more peaceful my evening feels
