@thesameerproject: It rained last week in Gaza. The unexpected storm damaged tents that have already endured multiple summers of intense heat and multiple winters of cold and rain. Here on September 30, The Sameer Project team monitored the situation in the Tal al-Dahab area in Beit Lahiya, where the suffering is ongoing and will increase this winter. Now another weather front is expected this week. We cannot wait for another catastrophe to begin preparing. Families need shelter that can withstand the rain before it arrives. Donate to The Sameer Project’s General Fund so we can purchase tents, tarps, and blankets in bulk. Your support turns into protection for families facing another winter in displacement. We need to act now.
