Cricket associate here, our store closes at 7pm but if a customer comes in at 6:59pm we help them no matter what it is. That’s what you’re supposed to do. If she didn’t want to help with a troubleshoot more than 5 minutes before close, they need to look for another worker. That’s lazy.

honestly 2 things… 1: get away from cricket if you don’t like crap customer service, 2. call customer service instead of making a sales rep do something 6 mins before they close that you can easily have done by customer service. you’re in the wrong man sorry

he definitely wrong lol most stores are a point of sale yes they can do set up esims and sell you stuff but thats why companies have a customers service hotline just saying making another person’s feel uncomfortable cause you aint get your way is crazy just make a phone call plus it’s illegal to record in most phone stores per policy you walk in the store they are allowed to record you

I work in cell phones and the 2 things I hate the most is ppl sitting outside before we open and ppl coming in the last 10 mins of the store closing when had all day to come in

Customer service is dead. “The customer is always right” is dead too. Too many employees do the bare minimum, collect a paycheck, and watch the clock until their shift ends. Nobody seems to take pride in doing a good job anymore.
