Steven Ballinger :
I know this is off the subject but can I ask ... if the garden of eden was paradise, why was there a serpent there and why was there temptation.

I’m truly struggling with my spirituality right now and one of the biggest things that I cannot wrap my head around is free will. I was taught God gives us free will so that we make our own choices but if he’s alpha and omega the beginning in the end and he knows everything that’s gonna happen before it happens then why did he put temptation in front of Eve, why does he tempt us daily? Why does he letbad things happen to good people and I’m told it’s because of free will because of the choices we have to make I understand the choice, but he already knows the choice that we’re gonna make so somebody please weigh in.
