I had a large package of soccer cards for the World Cup get “lost” in Kansas City. Report was filed but nothing was done. I won’t disclose what that package was worth, but it was substantial and a complete loss to me.

One recent package of mine went from two locations in PA, to KS, left KS, went Columbia, MO (at which time it should have gone to my local office and been delivered but no- went to St Paul, then Minneapolis, KC, Columbia MO again and the local finally. Took 6 days to go all over the Midwest.

That’s been happening over here with me!!! And it’s happened often! I live in Edwardsville, and as soon as it hits the metro it’s all over the city except where it’s supposed to be!!! The post office actually tried to reach out to me today!! This is crazy!!
