You guys don’t know how the family was. The father would mistreat his wife also so it’s most likely he had her threatened. She has 4 other daughters other than Jane doe. A lot of people have witnessed Sergio being aggressive towards his wife and a dangerous man. The mother was probably just scared since he was very dangerous

I read that the minor is currently at a Mexican social services place and I wonder if she’ll get the chance to come back ? I obviously have no clue if she has other relatives here in Salina’s who can help her out but it makes me wonder who she’s going to stay with ? She has so much trauma that won’t be easy to handle and being alone in Mexico seems sketchy. I would adopt her in a heartbeat 😭 I feel so bad for her situation.

if the USA send her back depending on her status. mexico will work together with the US government to locate family members and notify if they would want to take her. usually how it works in this specific circumstance.

She maybe a victim as well. I can not imagine a mother who fled her country for a better life had any other choice but to have her daughter work to help provide basic necessities. This is not an uncommon practice in Monterey county.

They probably want to get the father back on US soil and then charge both of them with murder of the baby but if they charge them now mexico will not send him back without guarantee he wont face the 💀 penalty but if they wait until hes already back in the US they can file new murder charges against him and her and since this case is now federal against the husband he would be eligible even if CA is not doing executions right now the feds most definately are doing them. I hope he gets 💀 or at minimum a life sentence and the mother should be stripped of all custody of all her children and they should be adopted out because its obvious no one within their own family will provide any level of protection from this happening to one of the other daughters. This is sadly a common occurrence in mexico where the families protect the S abuser above protecting the innocent child. Law enforcement in mexico is useless as well when it comes to this thing. Every friend i have that lives in mexico still to this day and have never lived outside of MX have all been SA by family members including fathers and uncles. Every single one of my friends there which is more than 8 people have all been abused when younger and some tried to speak out and they were punished for speaking out against the abuser by the rest of the family. This crap wont stop until something in the culture there changes that just accepts that men will act out sexually and thats just part of life because its not part of life and its disgusting and it makes the entire mexican culture look bad like incestuous abusers of their own family. Not a good look! Plain Fuc*ing nasty, nothing less. If they cant control themselves than chemically castrate them provided by the state. If you cant control yourself the state will do it for you. I would 100% back legislation like this if introduced against men who are serial abusers and against minors it should be one and done. No 2nd chances with minors sorry. Chemically disable his 🍆 if he cant keep it in his pants especially around children and children within his own family at that. For those who say thats extreme and violation of their rights, rap**ts dont get rights. Sicko

so if you were raised working in the fields what she did as far that was nothing new, if they were to visit all the agricultural fields you will find an abundance of under age kids out there, it has been happening for decades. domestic violence is really difficult especially if you are illegal immigrants. prayers for her and her children.
