I always get a 6 inch turkey sub on hearty Italian bread, no cheese, with lettuce, cucumber, and onion. Comes to less than 250kcal, under 300 even with double meat. Subway UK though as I live in England. Sometimes I get a rainbow cookie and it’s still under 500 kcal for the whole meal with a cookie
