That's why I got a telescopic desk for my job that I can stand or bring down and sit. I don't want to go from sleeping all night laying down, driving to work, and then sitting all day. So for the first 3 hours I will not sit. Let the blood flow proper. Then I pull my chair back and I sit for a couple hours. It is a balance.

Mario Party: Shy Guy Says Mario Party is a party video game developed by Hudson Soft and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. Released in 1998 in Japan and internationally in 1999, it introduced a new multiplayer experience that combined board game mechanics with fast paced minigames. As the first entry in the Mario Party series, it established a formula that would become one of Nintendo’s most popular multiplayer franchises. Players choose from six characters from the Mario universe, including Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Wario, and Donkey Kong. The objective is to collect the most Stars by moving across themed game boards, earning Coins, and purchasing Stars while competing against opponents. Random events, items, and board specific mechanics add variety and unpredictability to each match. A defining feature of Mario Party is its collection of 56 minigames, which take place at the end of each turn. These challenges test players' reflexes, timing, and strategy in a variety of competitive and cooperative events. Winning minigames rewards players with Coins, which are used to purchase Stars and gain an advantage during the game. The title supports up to four players, making it one of the Nintendo 64’s most popular local multiplayer games. While the game was praised for its creativity, replay value, and social gameplay, some of its minigames required rapid control stick rotation, leading Nintendo to offer protective gloves to players after reports of hand injuries. Mario Party was a commercial success and launched a long running series that continues to this day. It remains a landmark multiplayer title and helped define party gaming on Nintendo consoles.
