please please please make sure you have the RIGHT endo specialist. they RIGHT surgeon. it took over 10 yrs for my diagnosis. countless surgeries later and still struggling. stage 4 D.I.E. I had a radical hysterectomy, they took ALL my lady bits. or what they could find.. do not stop advocating for your self. ultrasounds and mris can show nothing and you can still have endometriosis throughout your body

after bleeding for 13 months straight when I lived in NC and base drs not doing anything. then coming back to Michigan and hemorrhaging basically almost needing a blood transfusion but I told them to give the meds they gave me to stop the bleeding a chance to work which it did. They had me get a Mirena which seems to help a ton.

Have you looked into seeing a naturopath hun? Lie down with a heat pack/hot water bottle to relax the the muscles and ease the cramping, walk a little gently after eating to release trapped gas, if you like tea try ginger, chamomile, peppermint which helps with digestion because they're linked and breathe work.
