@the.legal.np: Can a doctor pick and choose when he’s acting under his medical license…especially when allegedly administering drugs? The case involving psychiatrist Dr. Samuel Lee raises serious questions about patient safety, religious ceremonies, and professional accountability. Does calling something a “sacrament” change the responsibilities attached to what you’re actually doing? Charges are allegations, not a conviction. #legalnp #truecrime #doctorsoftiktok #psychiatry #psychiatrist
Has anyone benefited from this in the past? Is this a thing?

When you administer or prescribe medication, the person becomes your patient and you are liable.

Plus he is a psychiatrist! At the minimum he needs to lose his license.

He used medications that he got from his job as a psychiatrist so that means he used his license so no it should not be exempt. wtf? All of those drugs together would be dangerous

The bottom line: who supplied the drugs is the question that ends the debate. Everything else—the ceremony, the church, the sacrament—is noise. He put the drugs in her body, and she died. That's the case.
