20+ yr Trazadone user. When it hits I fall asleep immediately. It keeps me asleep and I get 8 hrs consistently and I have never been groggy after waking up. Without it I would lay awake, toss and turn. The struggle of wanting to sleep and not being able too was mentally and physical torture.

Trazodone is the only thing that works for my insomnia. I’ve tried every class of medication, meditation, therapy, etc. I’ve been taking it for 10 years and I can’t imagine my life without it.

yeah i took Remeron (mirtazipine) for like 8 months and while it knocked me tf out, I never felt awake the next day, and I gained 70 pounds😭😭 I take it once every few months now when I can't sleep and within 20 minutes I can't stand or walk
