Wall Street gets an XRP stock on Monday and not one XRP gets bought. Evernorth lists on Nasdaq as XRPN on 12 October holding about 473 million XRP, after the debut slipped four days from the 8th over an administrative delay. Here's the part being skipped: those tokens were assembled long before the listing, through in-kind contributions and earlier purchases. XRPN creates demand for a stock, not for the coin. Evernorth paid around 2.54 dollars per XRP for part of it, which leaves that tranche roughly 41 percent underwater, and the full position sits about 37 percent below its signing valuation. No commitment to buy more. Second date: 20 October, when the comment window closes on the SEC's proposed crypto rulebook. Worth knowing XRP was already classified as a digital commodity back in March, in a separate joint SEC and CFTC release, so its status doesn't ride on this. And a closing comment window is the step before a rule, not the rule. The thing almost nobody covered: tracked AI agent payments on the XRP Ledger went from about 1 million in July to 7.09 million by 24 September, with 160 merchants and 2,276 live services listed. XRP can stream those micro-payments today. Ripple's own stablecoin can't, until a future upgrade with no date. Two dates. One already moved. Note: This is not financial advice. #Crypto #XRP #XRPL #bullrun
