on internship now and my favorite thing i’ve been told is “you are probably going to step in sh*t, but you won’t be in it alone.”😅 essentially - don’t stress about being “perfect”, ask for help, and remember your supervisors and colleagues want you to succeed.

It can be SO hard to ask for help on internship bc you feel like you’re supposed to be so ~advanced~ but you are still there to learn and also even seasoned psychologists need help sometimes!
