I'm doing some serious shadow work rn it's been rough 😞. a lot of what people say mean spirited or what not is projection and unsolved trauma . I've been identifying emotions and asking why? diving deeper into it what values like in shadow work . kids are so mean I'm sorry this happened to your daughter kids can be cruel . 🌙🌝🌜
