Add-no-my-osis. It’s only diagnosed on pathology. So a doctor can suspect it but unless you have had surgery you can’t know for sure. Risk factor included multigravada and having surgery on your uterus (c-sections, d&c, myomectomy). You’ll usually have heavy and short cycles.

I had it, and eventually needed a hysterectomy. My uterus was 4x larger than average. Adenomyosis is CRAZY and impacts so much!
