"how do i find my darkest self?" descending into your darkest self basically means actively suffering and ruining your own life. it's paradoxical but it works because the life you're living is not the life that your high self wants (ask yourself if you're content with your life). only by deconstructing every belief you have and rebuild from the ground up will you reach your higher self. it is nothing but the beliefs, things you were taught that hold you back. So the answer is: Go out there and make stupid mistakes. "how do i know it's worth it? i don't want to risk what i have and possibly fail" your higher self is literally you they know what's best for you "what's the point of aligning with your higher self?" happiness, love, peace
