@heresyourbite: One-Pot Dirty Cabbage 🥬 Inspired by @Mallory I’m a month late to this, but it’s exactly the kind of dinner Half Baked was made for. The only chopping you really have to do is the cabbage and green onions, then it’s just grating the ginger and garlic and measuring out a few seasonings from there. I used pork, but ground beef, turkey, or chicken would all work. It gets browned until crispy, then tossed with the cabbage, aromatics, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper, and plenty of chili crisp. I had some day-old white rice in the fridge, so that went in too, and a couple of scrambled eggs would be delicious if you want to lean even more into the fried rice angle.
