@90snostalgia4millennials: What are you waiting for?! 😭 I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997) is basically peak 90s slasher nostalgia and a perfect addition to any October Halloween horror lineup. Starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippe, and Freddie Prinze Jr., the movie follows four friends haunted by a secret from the previous summer—and a mysterious killer with a hook. Written by Kevin Williamson before Scream, it helped fuel the late-90s slasher revival and became a defining teen-horror classic. From the foggy coastal setting to that unforgettable “What are you waiting for?” moment, it still feels like October 1997 every time you watch it.
