Your team sees that. And they decide it wasn't really a decision. So this isn't a communication problem. It's a consistency problem. Here's what I'd do. Pick one thing you committed to in the last 30 days. Does your calendar still reflect it? If it doesn't, build it into a rhythm that doesn't depend on how your week goes.
