It’s all as bout being professional. No matter what. We are supposed to be thick skinned and expect irate customers. Not join and entertain a situation like this. “ Sorry, we apologize that we don’t have your parts and you would probably find them at a dealership”. Is all you would need to follow with if your computer truly doesn’t show we carry it. It’s nothing personal and you can’t be upset and lose your job because of people like this.
