if it soaked off it's not considered hard gel it's considered a soft gel. hard gel must be filed off because it is acetone resistant.

Wait I thought we were only supposed to use rubber base under hard gel? I’m curious why do you use rubber base under soft builder gel instead of just applying the soft builder gel directly after dehydrating and primer? 😮
