This may be a situation where they just don’t understand how to verbally articulate how they’re feeling while they are at school. However, when they come home and they are in their safe space and they may ask you questions. The questions may not make sense however, sometimes you can read between the lines and just try to talk to them. Try to get them to open up and tell you the things that are happening at school if you need help with what questions to ask them I’m absolutely happy to do that.
