She NAILED IT- when she said it’s not about just the weight loss- “IT’S EVERYTHING else THAT COMES WITH IT”- I literally feel like I’ve been taken off of LIFE SUPPORT and have been given a secondary chance at life- and specifically in a mental aspect and a physicality aspect! I am now appreciating everything my body and mind is able to do in a JOYFUL manner and am SO GRATEFUL my body stuck through it with me and was there SO HAPPY AND WILLING to get living again, when I was!!! It’s literally a LIFE SAVER- especially in the sense of all of my labs are now NORMAL!
