@pinterest: Can we interest you in a Guava Strawberry Agua Fresca? 🤤🍓 @Stephanie Engøy For the Agua Fresca: 6 fresh guavas, roughly chopped 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped 2 tbsp guava jam or fruit spread 6 cups cold water, divided ½-3/4 cup sugar or agave, to taste 2 tbsp fresh lime juice For Serving: Ice Fresh guava slices, for garnish Fresh chopped strawberries, for garnish Lime wheels, for garnish Add the chopped fresh guavas, strawberries, guava jam, sugar, lime juice and 2 cups of cold water to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing firmly on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Add the remaining 4 cups of cold water and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Refrigerate until completely cold before serving - at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice garnished with fresh guava slices, fresh chopped strawberries, and lime wheels.
