my parents are on them. my mom sits and plays her iPad for 15 hours a day. shes like nothing is changing. im not losing weight. these things dont work. haha I wish i could get on them for an affordable price.

I just had the urgent need to poop for the first time in a week. It seems like as the days of the week go by before my next dose I can tell that the half lives of the medication are being spent and my body is starting to go back to normal so maybe the gastric emptying a couple days before your next dose is not as active as when you first take your dose.[Heartwarming]

I don't poop every day. that's normal for me. I can go maybe 2 days without n I'm fine. Nothing is wrong w me.😁

I was on set down for two and a half weeks I lost 10 lb and then couldn't poop even though I was drinking metamucil seven bottles of water and eating prunes. then my muscles got weak and then I got weird lumps in my throat. I won't do it again.
