I worked at this place for 3 years and met a man who worked the same position. I saw him recently at my new job and smiled at him and he forced me into a hug. It made me remember too late why we didnt speak anymore. I had to get the equivalent of a workplace restraining order and i wasnt his only victim.

It’s best if you see a psychologist about this, it can lead to dissociative amnesia which can cause a lot of missing memories. It can be fixed over time.

This is so important to me, cause it’s been happening to me recently ever since my life has been on repeat, and I’ve been repressing my emotions into just like making myself a dull shell of a person. I barely have any memories of any good past things that have happened and bad things it’s like my mind is so blank whenever I wanna think.
