He seems to be a quirky little guy, maybe just a habit he picked up and helps him release and calm himself. Let us know what his trainer says because i bet he did it and because it was his normal they just didn't mention it.

Might be a coping behaviour he picked up from the previous lifestyle he had. I understand why we has stalled much of his life but I believe the price of success has cost him some of his marbles.
