@tenfoldmarc: Everybody's talking about AI agents. Almost nobody explains what one actually is. An AI agent is just an AI that does something for you. No robot. No code. There are 2 types worth knowing: 1. The skills agent Plain text instructions in an MD file that tell your AI how to do a task YOUR way. To create one, tell your AI "I want to create a skill." To run it, type / and the name of the skill. 2. The automated agent Same skill, but it runs on a schedule. Example: every day at 5 PM it replies to my emails using my email skill, so every reply sounds like me. You set this up with scheduled tasks inside Claude or ChatGPT. Pick one task you repeat every week. Turn it into a skill. Then put it on a schedule. That's the whole game.
