one problem though. I don't own a refrigerator or a freezer! and I won't either cuz that's a waste of electricity to me! I don't have a microwave I don't have a stove I don't have a grill etc etc so I guess I'm out of luck with this one LOL

I’ve also put someone in a jar covered in honey to encourage the nicer aspects of them to come forth to promote a better atmosphere. That said, some people just HAVE to go in the freezer bc you need them AWAY. THAT is why you fold the paper AWAY from you… you’re sending the energy outward vs bringing it to you. Water energized right before the New Moon is also a bonus.
