Jack’s first homecoming dance was a HIT! He had the time of his life. At the end you can see he was the king of the dance floor! @inclusion.starts.with.me and her friends made everything about this night so fun for their group. Her mom’s friend volunteered to take their pictures, and when Ava said it would be more fun to take them at 7-Eleven than anywhere else, we knew it was perfect. We all know how much Jack loves @7-ELEVEn But what made this night even more special was the number of people who went out of their way to make it memorable for these kids. First, can we talk about how handsome he looked?! @Odion Menswear generously donated Jack’s suit, and he looked SO good! When the video of Jack asking Ava to the dance went viral and was featured on NBC Nightly News, a family in Pennsylvania saw it and reached out because they wanted to help pay for a portion of festivities and treated everyone to Topgolf for their day date. Friends of a friend donated a party bus so they could have a safe and fun way to get to dinner and the dance. @wvcollision I sobbed when we arrived at @Olive Garden and the manager told us dinner was on them! So many people, some of whom had never even met Jack, chose to be part of making this night special. There is so much good in the world and we’re grateful to be surrounded by so many generous, kind, and thoughtful people. Thank you to everyone who helped make his first homecoming such a fun, unforgettable night. We are so grateful! 🥹🤍 #kidsoftiktok #inclusionmatters #friendslove #downsyndrome #firstdance
