@mermer13130: Have you ever had one of those days where it seems like one thing happens after another? You hear some news you didn’t want to hear. You have a difficult conversation. Something at work doesn’t go the way you hoped. You feel like you could have handled something better. Then something else comes up that adds another layer to the day. And before you know it… you’re in your head. Replaying conversations. Second-guessing yourself. Thinking about what you should have said. Wondering if you handled something wrong. Trying to figure out what everything means. And sometimes it’s hard to even tell whether it’s the enemy bringing confusion or whether you’re simply exhausted, disappointed, emotional, or being too hard on yourself. But here’s what I’ve learned: You don’t have to figure everything out tonight. You don’t have to replay the conversation one more time. You don’t have to punish yourself for something that’s already happened. You don’t have to know how everything is going to work out. You can simply stop. Take a breath. And give it to God. Because peace doesn’t always mean that everything around you has changed. Sometimes peace comes when you decide that you’re not going to let your circumstances dictate the condition of your mind. “Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10 If you made a mistake, learn from it. If you need to have a difficult conversation, have it. If there’s something you need to fix, fix what you can. But after you’ve done what you can do… LET IT GO. The enemy would love to keep you living in yesterday’s conversation, yesterday’s mistake, yesterday’s disappointment, or tomorrow’s fear. But God is still God. His plans haven’t changed. His faithfulness hasn’t changed. His Word hasn’t changed. And your bad day does not cancel God’s good plan for your life. So if you’re having one of those days today, I’m just reminding you. Don’t make permanent conclusions from temporary emotions. Don’t let an unsettled mind convince you that God isn’t working. Get quiet. Get in His presence. Give Him your thoughts. And trust Him with what you cannot control. “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” — Isaiah 26:3 Choose peace. Choose to believe that God is working, even if u can’t see it yet. #holyspirit #daughteroftheking #bibleverse #verseoftheday #fyp
