the why I did was little by little, it was LONG and EXHAUSTING but like start asking them if you can walk around the block for some fresh air, then more blocks, maybe to a nearby McDonald's, and little by little you have a bigger circle to walk . took 2 years for me but I went from not even being able to leave my house to 20 minute walks to the mall
