@weatherwithcollin: NEW: #HURRICANE #Isaias has just formed this evening in the southern #Gulf. This storm is intensifying more uniformly now and is well on its way to becoming a strong Category Two storm. A “Major” or Category Three is certainly in play. Right now, some slightly elevated shear is helping slow down the organization process, but once an eye forms, quick intensification is possible.
