I had to SIGNIFICANTLY cut back on caffeine with my 3rd because i was unintentionally throwing off his circadian rhythm through by milk 😩 didnt have that issue with my first 2 but might be worth a shot if you are a coffee drinker!

I know baby is still young but mine is was waking me up that much and at 4.5 ish months I sleep trained her very easily! She was as over waking up as I was. Just some anecdotal experience
