I think it depends on the restaurant. Most of the time the name is printed on there but I have received bags with my name written on it. however, as someone who regularly gets Jack on the box, I’ve only had printed receipts with my name on it.

I work for a restaurant and we NEVER put their name on the bags where I work so I'm baffled unless different states do it differently where I work we never ever do this so this is odd to me!!!! 13 years at restaurant and I've never seen this!!!! I'm on East Coast but usually a franchise does things the same in every state!!!!
