Forecasters are warning of 3–7 inches of rain in parts of the central Gulf Coast, which could produce flash flooding, while strong winds could cause power outages, downed trees, and structural damage. Tornadoes are also a concern, particularly in the Florida Panhandle, southern Alabama, and nearby Gulf Coast areas as Isaias moves inland; the Storm Prediction Center says conditions could support tornadoes from late Friday into early Saturday.
