@joannajwilson: This was weird 😱 #GymTok #gymnastics #fitnessmotivation #fyp

Ahhh... It was the donkey :

You are moving your wrist...

jojobinky :

I thought I was looking at Arya Stark for a minute there 😜

Kaveman :

Witch! She’s a witch!!! lol

Bubbles 🫧⚒️ :

🇩🇪

Kelsey :

But why not just rotate your arm over? 😂

Ashley :

have to start with your palm up tho

Blissblossblass :

It works but you can’t do it twice

Grendernaz :

I kept going after the flip and now my shoulder is dislocated

Ivan Short :

I think it has to do with planes or dimensions

~°☆Dusk☆°~ :

you can flip your hand without all those steps lol. it's just using your elbow to twist, there's no need for all these hand movements

M. Farls :

was anyone else expecting a German anthem to play at the end?.... i was

Life_Is_Strange_Fanboy :

Not how anatomy works, your wrist doesn’t turn, your entire forearm does. Your wrist can only go forward and back

Rach H :

It is weird, but you don’t move your wrist when flipping your hand, it comes from your elbow…

Chasity Huff :

I just did it wtf

lilredniggahoodxz :

Nice trick Ben Shapiro

Beebs🐉 :

basically the idea for electron spin btw

Caroline :

so we all tried that, right?

SonderServo :

directions unclear, hyperextended elbow

anon :

because its not your wrist that twists its your elbow. even if you did it the normal way without doing all this

Tyler Henderson :

You don’t use your wrist to turn your hand…

Josh.m.l :

wrists have very little rotation. you cannot flip your hand using your wrist🤣

Desean_Evans32 :

be careful how high you do that last extension 😂

Jose Ferreira :

Thank God you stopped there! lmao

Glenn Coco :
