@the_scentinel: These three niche fragrance releases that I am excited to experience. Will they be as great as they sound? •Nishane — Hold Me Closer Pear liqueur, rain-soaked earth and warm skin? That combination immediately has my attention. I’m intrigued by how the fruity sweetness will sit against those earthy, floral and woody notes. •Byredo — Havana Tonka Rum, roasted tonka and crème brûlée, with tobacco and suede adding depth. On paper, this sounds wonderfully indulgent. I’m especially curious whether the sweetness leads or those darker notes take over. •Sarah Baker — Year XOXO Green apple, ozone, paperback books and vanilla is quite a proposition. The idea of taking vanilla somewhere airy and futuristic makes this one particularly intriguing and probably the hardest of the three to imagine. I haven’t tried any of these yet but all three have earned a place on my sampling list.
