it’s the same with the way many modern women seem to believe most straight men are “DL” because gay men “want to be women” and intrinsic misogynistic behavior is correlated to lack of attraction to women. which is so provably false, modern feminism is so attracted to the idea of the misogynistic structure, but only the good parts. when historically the reason for the patriarchy was the desire to own women due to the phallic socioeconomic facade of heterosexual relationships. homophobia is linked to misogyny, the act of giving up that idea of having a woman as an accessory of power is “degrading”. most of liberal feminism rhetoric wants feminism to be palatable with the world we live in, it cannot. at all. you cannot “play the system” when the system is flawed.
