My point is simply that sincere repentance should change something in us. the thing is as good people we do forgive because it's the only way to release us from them. Allah knows what they are doing. he knows that genuine people have good hearts and forgiving doesn't mean we talk to them again or let them back in. it's knowing at the end of the day they still Allah's creation and we trust in Allah for the lessons and wisdom we earn from it. trust me I was that person. the power of forgiveness and letting go is far more fruitful than bitterness or revenge. to be honest I feel pity for the person.
